Q: What should I provide when offer an inquiry?

Q: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
A: Definitely yes, also you can choose your own fabric and color for the cap.
Q: What kind of files format do you support if I want email you the artwork?
A: We can be open JPG, PDF or AI files. For printing logo, better send AI files.
Q: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
A: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
Q: How to design my own cap?
A: First step confirm the exact size you need, second step choose the fabric for the cap, third step advise your cap style or shape, the last step is send us your logo artwork and advise the logo position and process you need. Then we will make a cap deisgn artwork accordingly.
Q: If I have a rush samples, how can you help to speed up the process?
A:We will rush the samples upon your prompt confirmation of styles/colors/logo /embellishment, and send you digital images before actual sample sent. When you are satisfied, we would appreciate if you could provide us your courier account such as FedEx, DHL, UPS & TNT for prompt shipment.
